On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the designation as Controlled Access Highway of portions of proposed highway in the Township of Guelph-Eramosa, County of Wellington, and in the City of Cambridge and the Township of Woolwich in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo as described below:

  1. the portion of proposed highway in the Township of Guelph-Eramosa, Geographic Township of Guelph, County of Wellington, described in Schedule 166 to Regulation 394, R.R.O. 1970 as added by O.Reg. 927/76 (ROC-490/76), effective November 18, 1976, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4119, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Wellington South as number 181615;
  2. the portion of proposed highway in the City of Cambridge and the Township of Woolwich, Geographic Township of Waterloo, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, described in Schedule 165 to Regulation 394, R.R.O. 1970 as added by O.Reg. 927/76 (ROC-490/76), effective November 18, 1976, shown as Part 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4120, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Waterloo South as number G946; and
  3. the portion of proposed highway in the City of Cambridge, Geographic Township of Waterloo, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, designated by Order in Council OC-1630/87, effective June 30, 1987, shown as Part 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4120-3, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Waterloo South as number 680190,

be revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
