Order in Council 665/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Wilberforce, now in the Township of North Algona - Wilberforce, in the County of Renfrew, in the Province of Ontario, being designated as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2939-57, being a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Renfrew (No. 49) as Plan 49R-18770,

be designated as King’s Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O, 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
