Order in Council 666/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the City of Thunder Bay (Geographic Townships of McIntyre and MacGregor), and in the Municipality of Shuniah (Geographic Township of MacGregor) in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-8083-204, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 9th day of December, 2016 be:

1. designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50, as amended, and
2. Order In Council Number O.C. 330/2012, effective March 22, 2012, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay on May 9, 2012 as TY139133 (Ministry Plan P-8083-129), designating the above mentioned highway as controlled-access highway be amended so as to cease to apply to that portion of highway shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-8083-204.
