On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, the rate of remuneration for a person appointed as associate chair of the Animal Care Review Board on a full-time basis shall be determined as in accordance with the following table effective the date this Order in Council is made:

Further, a person appointed as associate chair shall be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses while engaged in the business of the Animal Care Review Board in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.

Further, a person appointed as full-time associate chair shall be eligible for benefits, including vacation, comparable to the benefit entitlements of OPS executives in the Senior Management Group and are entitled to elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.
