Order in Council 685/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 87.2(4) of the Courts of Justice Act, the Honourable Laura Sue Ntoukas, the Small Claims Court Administrative Judge of the Superior Court of Justice be reappointed as the Small Claims Court Administrative Judge of the Superior Court of Justice for a fixed term of five years, effective September 14, 2022.
