On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Harriet Lewis of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 31, 2019.
