Order in Council 699/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The designation as Controlled-Access Highway of portions of proposed highway in the Township of Malahide and the Town of Aylmer, in the County of Elgin, as made by Order in Council ROC-228/76 and added as Schedule 72 to Regulation 394, R.R.O. 1970 by O. Reg. 440/76,  shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4117-00, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Elgin as number D-1127, be revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
