Order in Council 702/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portions of highway, in the City of Pickering (Geographic Township of Pickering), Regional Municipality of Durham, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 on Ministry Plan P-1849-0179, filed with the Geomatics Section, Central, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 28th day of September, 2020, be designated as King’s Highway pursuant to Section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.R.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
2. The portions of highway, in the Town of Whitby (Geographic Township of Whitby), Regional Municipality of Durham, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1 to 14 (inclusive) on Ministry Plan P-1771-0108, filed with the Geomatics Section, Central, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 21st day of November, 2019, be designated as King’s Highway pursuant to Section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.R.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
