Order in Council 713/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Wheras pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 377/2017 dated February 15, 2017 Don Dalicandro has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario;

Pursuant to subsection 250(3) of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994,

Don Dalicandro of Burlington

be appointed as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario, on an interim basis, for a term beginning April 30, 2018 and ending on December 31, 2018 at which time he shall resume the remainder of his term as a member pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 377/2017.
