Order in Council 744/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 915/2004, dated May 5, 2004, Dr. Andrew Stephen Arcand was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. Andrew Stephen Arcand has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective July 19, 2012;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 915/2004, dated May 5, 2004, appointing Dr. Andrew Stephen Arcand as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
