Order in Council 747/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992, Antonio Chow of Richmond Hill, who was appointed as a member of the Building Code Commission by Order in Council numbered O.C. 849/2016 dated the  1^st day of June, 2016 for a term commencing on the date of execution of the Order in Council and ending on the date two years after the execution of the Order in Council, is hereby reappointed as a member of the Building Code Commission for a term commencing on the 1^st day of June 2018 and ending on the 30^th day November 2018.

And Pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Building Code Act,1992, Antonio Chow of Richmond Hill, who was designated as the Chair of the Building Code Commission by Order in Council numbered O.C. 849/2016 dated the 1^st day of June 2016 for a term commencing on the date of execution of the Order in Council and ending on the date two years after the execution of the Order in Council, is hereby designated as the Chair of the Building Code Commission for a term commencing on the 1^st day of June 2018 and ending on the 30^th day of November 2018.
