Order in Council 765/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make public appointments;

Whereas Yaovi Ganyo Hoyi of Ottawa was appointed as a part-time member of the Provincial Advisory Committee on Francophone Affairs (the “Committee”) by Order in Council 1047/2017 dated May 18, 2017;

Whereas the appointment of Yaovi Ganyo Hoyi to the Committee would expire on May 17, 2020;

Now therefore Yaovi Ganyo Hoyi is reappointed at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a part time member of the Committee.

And further that such reappointment is for a term not exceeding one year and is effective from the date of this Order in Council.

And further that Yaovi Ganyo Hoyi will be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses, including costs incurred for travel, meals and accommodation, in accordance with the Management Board of Cabinet Directives and the rate established thereunder.

And further that Yaovi Ganyo Hoyi will receive no remuneration for his services on behalf of the Committee.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1047/2017 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
