On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 88 of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (Canada), S.C. 2002, c.1, as amended, and in accordance with subsection 24.1(1) of the Young Offenders Act (Canada), R.S.C., c.Y-1, as amended, the following facility is designated as a place of secure custody:
