Order in Council 798/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Mark Borer of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Mark Borer was appointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective December 6, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1798/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1798/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
