On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

William Napier of Trent Lakes

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Lake Simcoe Science Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective June 3, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
