Order in Council 837/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Kingston, in the County of Frontenac, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-3036-169 filed with the Record Services Unit, Eastern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Kingston on the 8th day of April 2024, be designated as controlled - access highway, pursuant to sections 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended;
2. the designation as controlled-access highway by Order in Councils shown on Schedule “A” attached herein be revoked pursuant to sections 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
3. the designation as a controlled-access highway described in Schedules 67 – 74 to Regulation 399, R.R.O. 1970 and shown on Schedule “B” attached herein be revoked pursuant to sections 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
