Order in Council 847/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas pursuant to subsections 2(1) and (2) of the Provincial Schools Authority Act, Louise Sirisko of Mississauga was appointed and designated by O.C. 237/2016 as a member and Chair of the Provincial Schools Authority, respectively, for a three year term commencing February 17, 2016,

and whereasLouise Sirisko resigned as member and Chair of the Authority effective January 10, 2018,

now therefore, pursuant to subsections 2(1) and (2) of the Provincial Schools Authority Act,

Julie Williams of Toronto

is appointed as a member and designated Chair of the Provincial Schools Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to extend beyond August 31, 2018, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

and further that Order in Council O.C. 237/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order.
