Order in Council 885/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Malcolm Heins was appointed a member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 5(12) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 1998,

Malcolm Heins be paid a per diem of $375.00 during the term of his appointment.

And further, Malcolm Heins be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses while engaged in the business of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet directives.
