Order in Council 900/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1418/2013, dated the 2nd day of October 2013, Valerie Petrie was reappointed as a member of the Town of Goderich Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from July 8, 2013;

And whereas Valerie Petrie has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Town of Goderich Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Valerie Petrie is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Town of Goderich Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
