Order in Council 902/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 16/2015, dated the 5th day of January 2015, Lynn L. Worthington was appointed as a member of the Nottawasaga Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from January 5, 2015;

And whereas Lynn L. Worthington has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the Nottawasaga Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Lynn L. Worthington is hereby reappointed as a member of the Nottawasaga Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
