Order in Council 903/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 229/2014, dated the 12th day of February 2014, Nancy Wyonch was reappointed as a member of the Saugeen Shores Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from February 16, 2014;

And whereas Nancy Wyonch has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Saugeen Shores Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Nancy Wyonch is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Saugeen Shores Police Services Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
