Order in Council 907/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Conway Fraser of Ayr was appointed as a member of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority by Order in Council O.C. 367/2019, effective March 7, 2019 for a period not exceeding three years,

And whereas subsection 2(2) of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act, as amended, provides that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall appoint a Chair from the nine members of the Authority,

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(2) of said Act, as amended,

Conway Fraser of Ayr

be appointed as Chair of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority, on an interim basis, effective the date this Order in Council is made, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period of three months or ending when a new Chair is appointed, whichever occurs first.
