Whereas the position of Legislative Reviewer of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 has been established pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 90/2022, dated January 27, 2022;

The Legislative Reviewer shall be paid remuneration at the rate of $1,500 per day, up to a maximum of 100 days (non-consecutive), such that the maximum payable is $150,000;

The Legislative Reviewer shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the review in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
