Order in Council 915/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council established the position of Special Advisor to support the development of an Ontario Data Authority by Order in Council made under section 6.1 of the Ministry of Government Services Act;

Therefore, pursuant to section 6.1 of the Ministry of Government Services Act,

Andy Best of Fergus

be appointed as the Special Advisor to support the development of an Ontario Data Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond October 31, 2021, effective the date this Order in Council is made;
