Order in Council 915/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Israel Ogbechie of Nobleton, reappointed by O.C. 1182/2021 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Dietitians of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective May 26, 2023;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 5(1)(b) of the Dietetics Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1182/2021 be revoked.
