Order in Council 918/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 848/2015, dated June 23, 2015, Dr. Stéphane Leger J. Brassard was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Stéphane Leger J. Brassard has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective April 3, 2018;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 848/2015, dated June 23, 2015, appointing Dr. Stéphane Leger J. Brassard as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
