Order in Council 922/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Township of Hodgson (Unorganized), in the District of Kenora, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Parts 1 to 9 (inclusive) on Ministry Plan P-3204-7, being a Crown Land Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Kenora as Plan KN82270, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50, as amended.
