Order in Council 924/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Town of Lincoln, Regional Municipality of Niagara, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being part of Lots 20 and 21, Broken Front Concession (Geographic Township of Clinton) and part of Lot 22, Concession 1 (Geographic Township of Clinton), shown as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Ministry Plan P-2115-0249, filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Regions, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 16th day of August 2018, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
