Order in Council 926/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the City of Mississauga (Geographic Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 on Ministry Plan P-1857-0501 and Parts 1 and 2, on Ministry Plan P-1857-0506, filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, Ontario on the 15th day of November, 2018, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
