Order in Council 939/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the annual remuneration determined by the Lieutenant Governor In Council for the Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority (TVO) as of October 8, 2017 is $264,639.00;

And whereas TVO has established an Executive Compensation Program under the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014;

Now therefore pursuant to subsection 7(3) of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act, in respect of the period of appointment commencing October 9, 2017, the Chief Executive Officer of the TVO shall be paid an annual salary of $271,255.00 and may be paid annual performance-related pay not to exceed the maximum pay for performance amount set out in TVO’s Executive Compensation Program established under the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014.
