Order in Council 939/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8 (1) of the Securities Commission Act, 2021,

Kevan Cowan of Toronto

be appointed as a part-time director of the Ontario Securities Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years, effective the later of the date that section 8 of Schedule 9 of the Protecting the People of Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021 is proclaimed into force and the date that this Order in Council is made.

Further that Order in Council O.C. 25/2022 be revoked on the effective date of this Order in Council.
