Order in Council 944/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 8(1) and 8(3) of the Securities Commission Act, 2021,

Heather Zordel of Toronto

is appointed as a part-time director of the Ontario Securities Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years and is designated as chair for the term of her appointment, effective the later of the date that subsections 8(1) and 8(3) of Schedule 9 of the Protecting the People of Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021 are proclaimed into force and the date that this Order in Council is made.
