Order in Council 986/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 2(3) and 2(6) of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority Act, 2008 as amended,

Dominique O’Rourke of Guelph

be re-appointed as a member and designated as Vice-Chair of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that O.C. 1502/2018 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
