Approval of the terms of reference for the Clarence-Rockland Landfill Expansion Environmental Assessment
The ministry’s approval of environmental assessment terms of reference for a plan to develop additional capacity at the Clarence-Rockland Landfill over a 25 year period.

As provided for by section 6.(4) of the Environmental Assessment Act, Terms of Reference, as submitted for approval to the Ministry of Environment and Energy, and dated July 7, 1997, for the preparation of an environmental assessment for the above-noted undertaking, are hereby approved.
Pursuant to subsection 6.1(1) of the Environmental Assessment Act, any environmental assessment for the above-noted undertaking, submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Energy pursuant to subsection 6.2(1) of the Environmental Assessment Act, must be prepared in accordance with the Terms of Reference as hereby approved.
