Signed Minister’s Order specifying that TSSA may provide safety related inspection, enforcement and administrative services to the provincial government.
Minister’s Order
Pursuant to paragraph 7 of section 3.6 of the Act, the Minister may by order specify any additional object for the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (“Corporation”).
The Minister of Government and Consumer Services hereby makes the following Order:
The following additional object is added to the objects of the Corporation:
Provide safety related inspection, enforcement and administrative services to the provincial government or any of its agencies, boards, commissions or administrative authorities. All other additional objects of the Corporation made by order under paragraph 7 of section 3.6 continue.
This order comes into effect immediately.
