These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Restraining Order against an unregistered private career college by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges pursuant to subsection 46 (1) of the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005 (the “Act”).

Contraventions
The Superintendent of Private Career Colleges ordered The Noize Faktory Inc. to stop contravening the following provisions of the Act:
- Subsection 8 (1)
Prohibition against providing vocational programs
8 (1) No person shall offer or provide a vocational program for a fee unless the person is registered and the provision of the vocational program has been approved by the Superintendent. - Subsection 11 (2)
Restrictions on advertising and soliciting
11 (2) Subject to the regulations, no person shall advertise the provision of a vocational program at a private career college unless the person is registered and the provision of the vocational program has been approved by the Superintendent.
Required actions
The Noize Faktory was required by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:
- Had stopped advertising, offering and providing the unapproved vocational programs.
- Will not advertise, offer or provide vocational programs unless the Business is a registered private career college and its vocational programs are approved by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges.
As of the date of this posting, November 1, 2022 the Noize Faktory Inc. has confirmed their compliance with the Act.
