An environmental assessment (EA) has been submitted to the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (ministry) by Brooks Road Environmental for the proposed vertical expansion of the existing Brooks Road Landfill Site, near the Town of Cayuga in Haldimand County. The ministry has prepared a Review of the EA for agency, Indigenous community and public comment. The Review of the EA does not make a decision about the EA. That decision is made by the Minister of the Environment and Climate Change after the comment period is over and all submissions have been considered.

You can submit comments on the proposed undertaking, the Environmental Assessment, and the ministry Review. You may also request a hearing by the Environmental Review Tribunal. If you request a hearing you must state in your submission, whether you are requesting a hearing on the whole application or only on specified matters related to the application.
