The Superintendent of Career Colleges issues policy directives under the legal authority established in s.53 of the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.

Policy directives are legally binding documents and set out specific performance requirements and exemptions that the superintendent has established for career colleges. Below are the policy directives that are currently in force:
