Under the Management Board of Cabinet Agencies & Appointments Directive, dated June 2017, and as amended from time to time

We affirm, on behalf of the Public Service Commission and Her Majesty Queen in Right of Ontario, that the existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the former President of the Treasury Board and the former Chair of the Public Service Commission dated February 18, 2016, is continued.
