We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

September 28, 2018 as the day on which the following provision of the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017, c. 34, which amends the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016, comes into force:
