We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

October 1, 2020 as the day on which the following provisions of the Health Information Protection Act, 2016, c. 6, which amend the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004, come into force:
Schedule 1, s. 1 (9), (11)-(23).
