Protect, Support and Recover from covid-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

February 1, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Protect, Support and Recover from covid-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020, c. 36, which amend the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006, come into force:
Schedule 29, s. 5, 6.
