We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

January 1, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Protecting What Matters Most Act (Budget Measures), 2019, c. 7, which amend the Insurance Act, come into force:
Schedule 33, s. 1, 4, 5 (1), 7, 8 (1), 9, 11.
