We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

January 1, 2018 as the day on which the following provisions of the Building Ontario Up for Everyone Act (Budget Measures), 2016, c. 37, which amend the Pension Benefits Act, come into force:
Schedule 19, s. 5, 6 (2), (3).
