Strengthening Safety and Modernizing Justice Act, 2023

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

April 1, 2024 as the day on which the following provisions of the Strengthening Safety and Modernizing Justice Act, 2023, c. 12, which amend the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, come into force:
