We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

February 22, 2024 as the day on which the following provision of the Protect, Support and Recover from covid-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020, c. 36, which amends the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, comes into force:
