Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

  1. March 31, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020, c. 16, being the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation Repeal Act, 2020, come into force:
    Schedule 3, s. 1-7.
  2. March 31, 2021 as the day on which the following provision of the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020, c. 16, which repeals the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, comes into force:
    Schedule 3, s. 9.
  3. March 31, 2021 as the day on which the following provision of the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020, c. 16, which amends the Housing Services Act, 2011, comes into force:
    Schedule 3, s. 10.
  4. March 31, 2021 as the day on which the following provision of the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020, c. 16, which amends the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Act, comes into force:
    Schedule 3, s. 11.
  5. March 31, 2021 as the day on which the following provision of the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020, c. 16, which amends the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, comes into force:
    Schedule 3, s. 12.
  6. March 31, 2021 as the day on which the following provision of the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020, c. 16, which amends the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act, comes into force:
    Schedule 3, s. 13.
