We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

April 9, 2018 as the day on which the following provisions of the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017, c. 34, being the Université de l’Ontario français Act, 2017, come into force:

Schedule 43, s. 1-33, 34 (1, 3, 4), 35-37.
