Private Career Colleges Act, 2005, subsection 8 (1) - Prohibition against providing vocational programs

Evidence demonstrated that the Business was providing an unapproved vocational program called the Spiritual Psychotherapy 2 Year Plus Program.

Under Ontario Regulation 415/06 section 51, the penalty for a contravention of subsection 8 (1) is $1,000 per day. This penalty was doubled, as it was the second contravention of this section of the Act within three years.
