Based on your answers, you should stay home (self-isolate).

Follow any other guidance or directions that have been provided to you, including by a doctor, health care provider, public health unit, federal border agent or other government authority.

If you travelled, you must comply with any federal border officer requirements. This includes if you were directed to quarantine.

If you start experiencing any new symptoms, take this self-assessment again. If you feel sick or not well, even with symptoms not listed in this self-assessment tool, you should continue to stay home. Talk with a doctor if necessary.

If you have any symptoms (even if mild) and are at higher risk of severe illness: seek COVID-19 testing and care as soon as possible. You may benefit from available COVID-19 therapies to prevent severe illness.
